I had an old room in the back of my garage that the previous owner used as a hair salon and then turned to a giant storage room/pool house. Drop ceiling with half the tiles missing. Ugly ceramic tile flooring. Bathroom from the middle ages. Weekend warrior plumbing and electrical. Mike came to me with professional drawings and detailed oulines to turn this space into an open concept apartment. Completely gutted and 6 feet added on. Everything from floor to ceiling is brand new. Beautiful kitchen with island, bathroom, living room, bedroom area and dining/office area. I now have a stunning safe apartment with excellent rental income. They came every day and worked hard. Left every day with a clean space. Amazing guys working here that were utterly respectful and knowledgeable. They let me know every detail along the way. Mike was professional friendly and hard working.
