Together, we finalize drawings, confirm site details, and select finishes, fixtures, and appliances with guidance from our team and trusted vendors. Estimates are updated, contracts finalized, and permits submitted if required.

Step 4: Construction

With plans, budget, and schedule in place, construction begins. We manage every detail—labour, trades, vendors, and inspections—ensuring a smooth process and an exceptional result.

Step 5: Completion and Handover

When the work is complete, we walk through the finished space with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. This is where the vision becomes reality—leaving you with a home or business you’re proud of.

Warranty and Customer Care

Your peace of mind matters to us. All work by Caryndale Contracting and our trade partners is guaranteed for one year, with full details outlined in your contract. Should you need service, we respond quickly and in good faith—because our commitment doesn’t end when the project does.
